We are more than happy to post anywhere in the world, but please email us before purchasing to discuss the best shipping options for you.
Pre-orders will be posted as soon as the products are in stock. The pre-order lead time will be stated on the product, along with a date of expected dispatch.
We endeavour to post all orders within 1-2 working days. Please allow extra time over busy periods and Bank Holidays. Someone will contact you if there is any known issue with your order.
Undelivered / Unclaimed Deliveries
If you have missed your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date. In most cases, they will also leave a contact number so you can get in touch directly to reschedule your delivery at no extra charge.
Alternatively, the courier will leave your parcel in a ‘safe place.’ A safe place enables a courier to collect or deliver your parcel even if you’re not in. It should be dry and secured from public access but easily accessible to the courier. Typical examples include a shed, greenhouse, or porch. If you have a chosen safe place, then please leave this in the delivery instructions section during your order.
Equicork cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays in relation to any of the following (not limited to): strikes, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, weather, natural disasters, fire, or failure of telecommunications networks.
Lost / Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel has been lost, damaged, or potentially stolen in transit, please contact Equicork via email as promptly as possible (within 48 hours if damaged). To ensure that your issue is resolved quickly and efficiently, please provide your delivery number, postcode, and any relevant dates or images.

For International orders, Equicork is not liable for any customs changes which may occur.
