Returns and Refunds

 

Our Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, Equicork will happily accept returns for an exchange or a full refund. Items purchased in a sale can only be exchanged, or a credit note is given. (If item not in stock). 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must have all tags/labels still attached.
  • Items must be unworn and in new condition.
  • Equicork are not responsible for the cost of returns unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving a return.
  • Return costs are non-refundable, and it is recommended that a tracked/signed for service is used.

Returning Orders

Please get in touch with Equicork via Email. Please state your order number in the email's subject to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Print and complete our returns form below. Please return your order to us via a tracked/signed service in a suitable form of packaging. Any returns that arrive damaged may not be accepted for a refund.

If Equicork has yet to receive your return within 14 days of purchase, no refund will be given. All orders have to be returned to us in new condition and unused.

If boots arrive and they do not fit, they need to be returned to us in original condition with original packaging. There will be a £10 deduction if the box is damaged and unusable.

We recommend that customers try new boots on inside their home before deciding whether they are happy with the fit. Once the boots have been worn outside or deemed used, the customer has accepted the sizing and design, and these boots are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Some orders will be Non-Refundable and Non-returnable if they are custom made or a special size. This will always be confirmed with you when we accept the order, and we will ask for confirmation in an email.

Exchanges 

As above, contact Equicork as you would for a return, and on the returns form in the Exchange section, state the size, model, and colour you wish to exchange for. A credit note will be given if not in stock. We will send out the exchange free of charge!  

Faulty Goods

Please email us any photos and documents with the order number in the email subject. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or everyday wear and tear. Upon inspection, we will repair the item or exchange it for a like for like (if in stock). If not in stock, a credit note or product of similar value can be issued. We recommend returning your goods by tracked/signed for delivery. We can only assess boots for repair once we have received them. Any form of refund can only be made on receipt of the boot and onto the same payment method used on the original transaction.

Your return can only be accepted if the condition of the returned goods is to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Please note that we can only exchange goods or give refunds after 14 days of receipt if there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer in Portugal (for boots) agrees to replace it.

Repairs will be done in the UK where possible. Boots must be returned to the manufacturer in Portugal for any repairs that can not be carried out in the UK. UK repairs are 10 – 15 working days.
